On paper, this team isn’t quite as strong as the 2019 squad; losing Jewell, Michelle and Gloria (combined 5-2 record) won’t be easy to overcome, but it’s not an impossible task. Captain Hope Naharis (2-0, 6.00 PDPB) elected to replace those three with two new additions to the team, including her latest love interest, Jaycy Ashleana, who last fought on an IFL team in 2007. Jaycy brings with her a wealth of dueling experience, including a lifetime IFL 6-6 0.50 PDPB record. The other new addition, Dakota Street, has never fought in IFL before.

This team lost the 2019 championship match by just one point and its core returns for another run. Hope wisely retained her stable of high-rank veterans including Eden Parker (2-1, 1.33 PDPB), Gren Blockman (1-1, 1.50 PDPB) and the current holder of the Kiowa Belt, Kheldar Drasinia (1-1, -1.00 PDPB). Real Rhydin adds Khedar’s top-rank to 1 Powerhouse, 2 HeavyWeights, 1 FlyWeight and 1 Trainee in 2020. With high ranks and a solid core, Real Rhydin’s primed for a return to the playoffs and another bid in the championship round. Anything less than a championship’s sure to be a disappointment for Real Rhydin’s fans and there’s no reason to expect a large letdown, especially as this team is 8-2 lifetime with a 65% bouts-won percentage...top of the leaderboard for all two-season IFL teams.
