Captain and Fighters of Badside Brawlers, Champions of Mythos, Team Fist, Kung Fu Theater, Get Up, Mercury and Wrecking Crew,

Congratulations on your team's making the Iron Fists League Playoffs for 2007! The qualifying round of the playoffs starts today!

The matches in the qualifying round are:

#6 Wrecking Crew vs. #3 Team Fist
#5 Get Up, Mercury vs. #4 Kung Fu Theater

By virtue of their seedings, #1 Badside Brawlers and #2 Champions of Mythos receive a free ticket into the Semifinals and will face the survivors of the qualifying round. In the Semifinals, Badside Brawlers will face the lowest remaining seed while Champions of Mythos will face the other remaining team. The two winning teams from the Semifinals will face off in the Finals for the IFL Championship.

The Finals match will be a single-night event. Once the Semifinals conclude, we will attempt to schedule a night that is suitable for both teams in the Finals to be present. Each team will submit their lineup for the Finals at the start of the match.

There is no set schedule for the qualifying and semifinal rounds. I ask only that you complete your matches in a timely fashion. As soon as all bouts are fought in the qualifying round, we will begin the Semifinals. As soon as the Semifinals are fought, we will begin setting up for the Finals.
